migration

For more than 45 years, ARA has been assisting people from refugee and migrant backgrounds to settle permanently in Australia and create a better future for themselves and their families.

At the heart of our migration services is a goal to reunite families wherever possible, as we recognise this is often key to successful long-term settlement.

Our compassionate team including a registered Migration Agent and Legal Practitioners provide accurate and realistic guidance, expert advice and help with visa, residency and citizenship applications.

Our team can assist with the following applications:

  • Child and Orphan relative visa
  • Partner and fiancé visa
  • Special Humanitarian visa
  • Visitor visa
  • Citizenship

Community Support Program

As an Approved Proposing Organisation (APO) under the Department of Home Affairs’ Community Support Program (CSP), ARA can collaborate with Australian businesses and individuals who are committed to helping refugees settle in Australia.

To be considered for this program, the applicant needs to have a connection with family or friends in Australia who have to demonstrate their ability to support the new arrival in their journey to financial self-sufficiency within 12 months of arrival in Australia.

Family, Child and Partner Visas

ARA understands the importance of family and the significant benefits of you being together to begin your new Australian life. We aim to make the reunification process as smooth as possible, to ensure you and your loved ones are reunited as soon as possible.
