ARA Souk – Refugee Week

This Refugee Week, ARA invites you to experience the colour, sights and smells of the Souk, a 3,000 year old traditional marketplace from the Middle East and North Africa. And just like the Souks from long ago that thrived along international trading routes,  the ARA Souk will feature stallholders from refugee and migrant communities all over the world. They will showcase their unique and highly specialised skills in craft, jewellery, spices, perfume, clothing and textiles, rugs, and traditional foods and sweets. This is a first for Adelaide and will be a fun, personal and practical way to show your support for refugees during Refugee Week.

The Souk will operate from 12PM until 8PM on Saturday 17^th June and 9AM until 5PM on Sunday 18^th June.
