14 Sep “A key person in my life has been a teacher who listens” Youth Ambassador
A few weeks ago, a special reunion brought Youth Ambassadors and friends together to reconnect and celebrate, while also deepening their leadership development. The gathering created space for meaningful dialogue on racial dignity and for sharing concrete strategies participants can take back and apply within their schools and broader communities.

We heard how true inclusion can look like a teacher recognising a student’s strengths beyond language barriers, or a school community creating space for culture to be celebrated without judgement.

We also learned so much from young people’s understanding of true inclusion and #RacialDignity.

Students also strongly emphasized the power of creativity; they explained that the art workshop made difficult conversations more accessible and grounded them in real, local change.
