Case Manager – Complex Case Support
Modern Award Level 4 Year 1
to provide intensive case management for the clients from refugee background who experience a range of complex issues and/or are in need of crisis intervention.
This is a full-time position (76 hours per fortnight), which ends 31st December 2017. Possible contract extension after this date is subject to funding available.
The person we are seeking will have proven knowledge and ability to conduct detailed assessments, develop case plans, write extensive and comprehensive reports. The person will also need to be able to provide information, immediate and tailored practical support, to enable clients to overcome crisis and become independent. Social work qualifications, current police clearance (possible DCSI, Child and Vulnerable Persons employment screening) and a current unrestricted Driver’s License is also essential.
